In addition to practical advice, you will design and execute a business plan with your business coach, to ensure that your business in The Netherlands will become a reality.

Expat coaching

The coaching of expats focuses on the optimal functioning in the new working and living environment. How do  I work and communicate as effectively as possible in my new environment, which management styles can I handle, how can I inspire the regular workers, how can I get the best from my new (international) team but also how to find the right balance between work and private life . The manager is given guidance during transition from their old to new work and living culture and will learn how to deal with new methods. Prior to the trajectory, an inter-cultural competency profile is prepared based on the very start of the trajectory.
