My name is Erika Berkhof and I am the founder of World Wise Coaching & Training. After years of experience in marketing communications with Renault and Nissan in The Netherlands and London, I changed my career in 2007 and switched to training & coaching. After years in the automotive industry I felt it was time for a change. As my passion is people, languages and cultures, it was clear to me that I wanted to support people who live, work and move internationally.

Through my own experience as an expat I know the challenges that expats face when moving abroad. I have lived and worked over 4 years in England and 1 year in France. I also traveled a lot and in 2001 took a long trip to Asia.

I have a MA in Intercultural Communication from the University of Utrecht and did my coaching training in London at the Coactive Training Institute. The Coaching Training Institute was one of the first coaching training schools in America and was first accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
